Absolutely! At our studio, your safety is our utmost priority. The welding process we use is not only swift and painless but also emits UV light, requiring precautionary measures. We recommend clients either look away during the process, wear darkening lenses, or observe through their camera phones.

Additionally, we ensure your comfort by placing a protective piece of leather between your skin and the jewelry during the procedure. Rest assured, every step is taken to guarantee a safe and enjoyable experience with us.

 Your pieces are designed to remain securely attached indefinitely. Should you wish to remove your jewelry, it can be easily detached by cutting it off. We offer the option to save your piece for potential future reattachment through our rewelding service. 

Once the chain is cut, all sales are considered final. However, your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If there is any aspect of your jewelry that you are unhappy with, please inform us promptly so that we can address it to your satisfaction. For instance, if the fit is too snug, we can accommodate adjustments such as adding a charm.
